The Summer Day Camp runs for seven weeks during the summer. Each weekday from 9 am to 3 pm kids will be exposed to both traditional camp activities such as field sports and arts and crafts, as well as educational activities, performing arts, basketball and field trips.

The After School and Saturday Program runs weekday afternoons from 2:30 pm to 5:00 pm and on Saturdays from 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm. Members of this program are able to take advantage of everything that is offered at the Center, while having a fun, safe place to hang out with friends.

There are a wide variety of Sign-Up Programs offered at the Cardinal Shehan Center. From clubs and teams to swim lessons, guitar lessons and personal tutoring, one can always find something interesting to try at the Center.

The Cardinal Shehan Center runs ten leagues each year, including a beginner’s league and a high school league. If you need more than just basketball leagues, there is also a girls' softball league.

The Center provides the staff, equipment, and facility to five parochial schools and three alternative education programs throughout the year.
